Mele Kalikimaka!

ITS CHRISTMAS TIME!!!!!! I ❤ ❤ ❤ CHRISTMAS!

In a perfect christmas world, “Elf” plays on repeat on my TV, Kenny G holiday music plays non-stop, and I am best friends with Santa! …wait that is real life!!! (Don’t tell anyone, but Santa and I are secret best friends, gotta keep that on the DL though, shhhhhh!)

We are finally done decorating and ready to share and celebrate! So, without further adieu…from our home to yours! Happy Holidays!

It has been so fun decorating such a beautiful house, and I love how it turned out! The front door Magnolia wreath we made last night at my friend Courtney’s wreath party! Her and I went around my neighborhood the day before and collected 6 trash bags of magnolia leaves! Then the giant wreath up top I redecorated to match my magnolia theme, and I added magnolia leaves from the yard to all my garlands and tree as well. I also used them as gift tags on all my presents! I have maybe 1/4 of my moms santa collection, maybe she will send me the rest since she spends christmas with us every year and doesn’t decorate anymore! I have 7 mantles to fill! Hint hint mama bear! (she’s not going to read this, she is on a cruise ship for 2 weeks in South America, that stinker!)

I also need to add that soon I will have a blog update about the correct history of our house…much of what we had been told, by a handful of different people, all were stories that we found aren’t accurate . But I have been talking to the great great Granddaughter of the man who built this home, (may be one more “great” in there, need to verify that too). She is Courtney’s mother in law, who we spent Thanksgiving with, and taught us to make wreaths last night. She is so kind and heartwarming, and I love seeing her light up when she talks about the house. We could probably spend hours talking about it! Anyway she said sometime soon she will bring her photo album and tell me all about it! Can’t wait Mrs. Gayle!

And here are our Christmas pictures!

The fur-kids say “Mele Kalikimaka” too!

(“Merry Christmas” in Hawaiian) I know y’all have heard the song! 😉

  1. Jenna and Chris, how beautiful your house looks inside and out and the yard is decorated too! Love the decoration on your mailbox too. Everything is really stunning! Love the fur babies in the pictures also. They look very cute with their scarves on! I don’t know how you got them all to pose for you! Great pictures of you and Chris. Best wishes for a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year with Mom and Dad!
